Fugli's Calendar Selections

You have no doubt come here to find out what sorts of gaming conventions are convening around the world. Keep in mind that maintaining a good convention calendar is a time taxing endeavor. I seem to have lost that time myself, but have no fear, there are many good listings that you can check, and I have linked many of them for you here.

Australian Role-Playing Convention Calendar: Yes, it's regional, but it's good to have a geographic fix. If this is your stomping grounds, then here's a central listing.

Bay Area Game Convention List: Again, a good regional tool.

Boldo's Armory: It's international and regional. That's a tough site to maintain.

ConCentric Rings: This is actually a web ring, but it's a good way to check things out for the standard convention shopper.

ConMen Syndicate: Gaming e-zine and convention listings.

ConTemporal: Pegasus Publishing actually publishes a hard copy of convention listings. If you want a huge listing by month and weekend, you might want to subscribe.

Falcon Science Fiction and Fantasy Society : Promotes science fiction and fantasy in Nova Scotia through game cons, writing contests, artwork, costumes.

Fandata: If you are willing to wade through a heckofalota listings, you might find this site worth while.

Historical Miniatures: There are a lot of listings for HMGS games on this page.

Jenga: This is often the most comprehensive of the independent listings that I have located. Even when I was updating regularly, I could never outdistance this list for long. It always lapped me within a month.

NE US SF: If you want a Sci Fi Con in the North East US, check this listing.

Rocky Mountain Benefit Gamers Association: Raises money for small, local charities in the Rocky Mountain region, typically by holding various events throughout the year, many of which are gaming.

RPGA Convention Calendar: Darn it all. If you want good D&D games, you just gotta go to an RPGA event! I know I do.

RPGA UK: The official listing site for the Role Playing Games Association's UK, Ireland and South Africa branch

RPG Registry Database of role-playing Conventions, players, and games.

SF-Lovers: It's a good site to find Sci Fi listings.

SF Site: Conventions - Gaming and Other: Science-Fiction gaming convention calendar.

Steve Jackson Games Convention and Trade Show Schedule: This is a good list. It's not just a trade show listing.

UK RPG Convention Calendar: If you can get around any excess verbosity, it's a good regional listing.
